MEZDON Limited provides up to 12 months guarantee for the original customer from the date of purchase, to repair defects due to faulty materials or workmanship free of charge and to achieve the guaranteed technical specifications in the event of such malfunctions which may occur during normal, regular use. The company reserves the right to repair or replace defective products at its own discretion. The faulty product or part will be repaired or replaced in the shortest time possible, but not exceeding 30 days. If the faulty product has been discontinued, the manufacturer will either repair it or warranty replacement can be made with at least a functionally equivalent current model of the same quality. MEZDON shall have no further obligation except as provided here. To exercise your warranty rights you must have proof of purchase and date of purchase.
Report your repair claim – with the product and proof of purchase – to the dealer, where the product was purchased. The claim can be reported to the manufacturer as well or to a distributor appointed by the manufacturer. Shipping is at your cost and risk. In case you discover a fault, report it without delay.
Misuse, operation of the product in circumstances other than those specified in the user's manual, operation of the product in a manner contrary to the documents accompanying the product, improper handling or modifications or unauthorized interventions of any kind by the customer or third parties will void this warranty. The warranty does not cover defects resulting from mechanical damage or overload, improper assembly, failure to perform mandatory maintenance or improper storage, transportation. Similarly, the warranty does not cover commercial, industrial use (including rental to others), damage resulting from natural wear-and-tear and minor deficiencies that do not significantly affect the product's function. Any alteration, transcription, removal, correction of or damage to the product's serial number will void this warranty.
MEZDON Ltd, to the full extent permitted by law, firmly excludes all explicit, implicit, legal and other warranties, guarantees and liability, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some state laws do not allow in certain cases the exclusion or limitation of warranty in this way, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
